Responsible water use — closed-loop water recycling system
At R.V. Industries, we believe that responsible manufacturing begins with responsible resource use. Our facility operates a closed-loop water management system in which process water — after passing through a multi-stage purification process including reverse osmosis — is systematically recovered and redirected for secondary use within our premises. Water that cannot re-enter our production process is channelled to sanitary facilities including handwashing stations, urinal flushing, and toilet systems, ensuring that virtually no treated water leaves our facility as waste. As a result, approximately 50% of all water consumed at our facility is recycled and reused on-site daily. This commitment is not just an operational practice — it is part of our broader responsibility to the communities and ecosystems surrounding our Jamnagar facility, in a region where water is a precious shared resource.

Solar-powered manufacturing — over 88% green energy during production hours
R.V. Industries has made a significant investment in on-site solar power generation, and today our facility runs on solar energy for the overwhelming majority of our daytime production hours. During active manufacturing shifts, more than 88% of our total energy consumption is met by solar power generated directly on our premises — meaning that the brass components leaving our factory are manufactured with a dramatically lower carbon footprint than those produced by conventionally powered facilities. We draw from the grid only for the small remaining balance during peak demand moments or outside daylight hours. This is not a future aspiration — it is our current, daily operating reality. For our customers in Europe, the UK, and North America who are increasingly required by their own regulators and supply chain policies to demonstrate Scope 3 emissions reductions, sourcing from R.V.
